hi555 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Welcome to hi555. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and hi555 ("hi555", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the hi555 platform at hi555.one, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotions, customer support channels and any other services made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using any part of the Services.

By accessing, registering with, or using hi555 in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the hi555 platform or Services. hi555 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on hi555. When registering, you must provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport).
• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, SMS authentication and important account notifications.
• A unique, secure password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any additional information that hi555 may require as part of its KYC or anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

hi555 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts discovered on the platform. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hi555 may, at its sole discretion, void any bets placed from those accounts, confiscate any associated bonus funds and net winnings, and restrict future registration attempts from the same individual.

hi555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. The following general bonus rules apply to all hi555 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A player may claim a welcome bonus only once. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times (for example, by opening multiple accounts) will result in all associated bonuses and winnings being voided.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. hi555 standard wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount multiplied by 30).
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• hi555 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already accepted the offer and whose wagering requirements are in progress will be permitted to complete their rollover under the original terms.
• hi555 reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the player is abusing the promotion, acting in bad faith, or employing strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engaging in genuine recreational play.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to the eligible game(s) specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion. Unused free spins expire at the end of the promotional period specified. hi555 does not carry forward unused free spins.

hi555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. The following tools and resources are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly from your account dashboard. Once a limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Time-out: You may request a short-term break from hi555 of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Time-outs are not reversible before the chosen period expires.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel that gambling is causing you harm, you may request a full self-exclusion from hi555 at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat. Self-exclusion periods start at 6 months and can be set to permanent. A self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.
• Reality checks: hi555 provides optional session-duration reminders that display how long you have been playing in the current session. These reminders can be configured in your account settings and are designed to help you stay aware of your time spent on the platform.

hi555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has provided false, misleading or incomplete registration information; (c) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal or prohibited purposes; (d) a self-exclusion request has been identified as applicable to the account; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial or reputational risk to hi555.

Upon closure of an account for any reason, hi555 will return the net balance of verified funds to the player via the player's registered payment method, after deducting any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements, any amounts subject to ongoing fraud or AML investigations, and any other amounts legitimately owed to hi555. hi555 is not liable for any loss of access to funds during a legitimate investigation period.

All content on the hi555 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, audio and video content, and the overall design and structure of the platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of hi555 or its licensed content providers and technology partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hi555 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the hi555 platform without the express written consent of hi555. Unauthorised use of hi555 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the hi555 platform or Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure or the cost of substitute services. hi555's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hi555 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hi555 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect availability. hi555 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable. hi555 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, connection failures or technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment processors or telecommunications providers.

hi555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hi555 will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the mobile number associated with your account. Your continued use of the hi555 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account and arrange the return of any eligible balance.
